Shipping policy

Gemini Lash Shop offers local pick-up in person or by courier.

Local Delivery:

UBER Connect Courier ( UBER DELIVERY) is our only LOCAL delivery method at this time and is arranged at the customers expense.  A quote for local shipping will be provided and must have customer approval prior to shipping.  Local Shipping (Delivery) is not calculated at checkout, it is calculated using UBER APP and a quote is presented for approval.  Once approved a second payment invoice will be emailed for delivery costs.

Ground Shipping:

UPS and Canada Post are used for all other shipping outside of the local area and rates are calculated at checkout. 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours with the exception of weekend and holiday orders.  These orders are processed on the next available working day.

Note:  ALL PICKUP and DELIVERY are available during business hours Monday-Friday.
