- Once your order leaves our sight, it embarks on its own journey, and unfortunately in most cases we can't bring it back. Therefore most sales are final due to the nature of the products and exposure.
- In the event you have an item that qualifies for a return we will work with you and try to resolve the issue. Please ensure the product is un opened and reach out to info@geminilashshop.com within 5 days of purchase. All shipping costs for the return of the products are the responsibility of the customer.
- Rest assured, each Gemini Lash Shop product is carefully inspected to ensure it leaves our shop in perfect condition. However, if any issues arise during transit, it's the carrier's responsibility. Please advise us of any damaged product as soon as possible at info@geminilashproducts.com
